Karen Wells was born and raised in Woodland. She is married, has
one daughter and her husband Tom is a local real estate
appraiser.
Karen is active in the Woodland Elks Lodge as well as the
Woodland Emblem Club. She enjoys camping with her family in
their travel trailer and is a member of the Yolo Tale Enders RV
Club.
Karen has been a realtor for four years and specializes in first
time buyers.
She is a member of the Yolo County Board of Realtors, the
California Association of Realtors, and participates in the Multiple Listing service.
